Hello! I am Hetvi, a Mixed-Methods UX Researcher, and author based in Sunnyvale, California. My work lives at the exact intersection of robust system architecture and human cognitive psychology.

Throughout my career, I noticed a recurring pattern: brilliant engineering often fails because it neglects the human behavioral element. Whether I am investigating crowd dynamics in financial platforms or engineering trust in enterprise AI tools, my goal is to uncover the actionable "why" behind user actions.

The Methodology

I don't believe in relying solely on analytics dashboards, nor do I believe in relying purely on anecdotal interviews. True insight comes from triangulation. I specialize in merging rigorous quantitative data with deep qualitative empathy mapping to eliminate cognitive friction and architect seamless digital ecosystems.

Currently Building

Beyond studying friction, I am actively building solutions to resolve it. I am currently developing an AI-driven cognitive platform designed to map qualitative behavioral research directly into actionable UI/UX architectural recommendations. It is my applied research laboratory for the future of design tooling.
